⚠ Made-to-Order & Customized Products

All items sold by Coco Consumer Goods Trading are made-to-order and fully customized based on the specifications provided by the customer. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

❌ No Refunds on Customized Orders

Since every uniform, jersey, and apparel item is uniquely crafted to your specifications — including size, design, color, and logo — all sales are final once the order is confirmed and production has started.

✅ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved design/specifications, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations will not be entertained. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

To raise a concern, please contact us through our store with the following:

• 🆕 Photos of the item showing the issue
• 🆕 A brief description of the concern

We will respond within 1–3 business days.
